Hmmmm, can you guys help me out a little here?

You are already very thin for your height. If you try to control your weight at this age and BMI, you risk damaging your organs, and preventing yourself from getting taller. Also, if you are running that much, you will put on muscle (uming you are eating a healthy diet and not starving yourself). Since muscle weighs more than fat, you may put on pounds, but still lose inches. Run if you like, it is good for you. But if you are running just to lose weight, especially as you are already very thin, you should consider that you may have an eating disorder. Please be careful, because eating disorders can be deadly.
