Try putting an anti-bacteria medication on it. In the morning if you have it, put some bareMinerals on it. I have a big freckle on my cheek, and as soon as i put that stuff on it you can't see it. But if you don't have that, try concealer. If it gets worse you should see a doctor, it could be cancerous.
