I am thinking of moving to Rionegro Colombia but I have 4 dogs and I wonder if there are fleas and ticks there?

I lived in San Juan Puerto Rico and my poor dogs suffered because fleas and ticks are present all year round...What about mosquitos? are they any in this part of colombia?
