Well, i, myself think im fat. But everyone says im not, they say im normal but lol...we all know they just wanna be nice. Am 15 about 5'6-7 and i weight about...maybe 170ish? not sure havent checked in a while but i just wanna know some tips maybe on a dietary view and please dont go to the.."go out and run around" cause i try to lol :)
