He cheated.. Will i cer forget?

when someone cheats on u, u never forget it. i wouldn't buy a home with anyone i wasn't married to. when your with someone all that time u begin to get comfortable and feel safe with that person, then when u find out they betrayed u, it changes everything and its never the same as it was.
