Help! 6 month old projectile vomit every bottle today no fever ?

he keeps vomiting every bottle i have gave him today but no fever one very very very smelly diaper coughing and runny nose it just started today i dont know anything besides tylonal i can give him should i just wait till morning and make a doc appt or ER now? its 12 midnight now he still seems happy and himself
