Who wins between these people?

I didn't know that they were in competition with each other or if they really care who is the most wealthy. Bill Gates would win if he really wanted to but he has far more money than he will ever spend and he has been contributing large amounts to charity. Also her has basically retired and is enjoying his fortune rather that trying to make even more. The other two also have more than they will ever live to spend also so at this point in their lives they are just playing a game to see how much power they can throw around.
